At Digital Crates, all products are digital downloads. Because digital products cannot be physically returned, we generally do not accept returns once a product has been downloaded or accessed.

Refunds May Be Considered If:

• You were charged more than once for the same order
• You received the wrong product
• The downloaded file is corrupted or unusable
• You are unable to access your purchased product due to a technical issue that we cannot resolve

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are generally not provided for change of mind, accidental purchases, lack of required software, or after the product has been successfully downloaded and accessed.
